Terms and privacy
The directory
BuenOficio is an independent directory. We don't employ the pros listed or guarantee their work: the agreement is always between the customer and the pro.
Reviews
Reviews must describe a real experience. We check each one before publishing it and remove any that are fake, offensive or include personal information. Businesses can respond publicly and ask us to look at a review.
Quote requests
When you request quotes, we share your name, phone number, email and job description with the pros we send your request to, and no one else.
Business information
Unclaimed profiles are created from public business information. If you're the owner and want to correct or remove your profile, contact us.
Use of the site
Automated or bulk scraping of the directory is not allowed.
